At Guided Steps LLC, we’re more than a transitional home — we are a place of renewal, faith, and forward momentum. Founded by Aironi, a woman whose journey has been deeply shaped by resilience and divine guidance, our mission is to provide individuals facing barriers a fresh start with a foundation built on support, structure, and belief in their potential.
Guided by compassion and lived experience, we offer more than just shelter — we offer a path forward. Inspired by the transformation once received at House of Hope, this program was born out of love and the call to give back to a community in need.

At Guided Steps LLC, our work is rooted in compassion, structure, and purpose. We believe every individual deserves a safe place to grow — and a supportive environment to walk their next steps in life.
Dignity – We treat every resident with respect, empathy, and care — no matter their past. Everyone deserves a second chance and a place to belong.
Independent – We provide structure without control. Our goal is to empower residents to make healthy choices, grow in responsibility, and move toward self-sufficiency.
Accountability – We foster personal responsibility through clear expectations, open communication, and consistent follow-through.
Community – We create a safe, family-style environment where support, trust, and mutual respect are part of daily life.
Faith-Inspired Purpose – While not a religious program, we are guided by faith-based principles of love, service, and purpose — helping each resident discover their own path forward.
